These were attended by SB on Health Hon. DOH-CHD gave 20 rolls (26 meter x 1.5 meters) chemically treated curtains. Before the turn-over to the barangay officials, participants were treated to a short film-showing about Dengue infection followed by orientation and instructions on how to take care of the curtains.

These curtains have an effectivity of up to 5 years. No strong solutions or bleach and should be dried under a shade. However this effectiveness would depend on how well they took care of these curtains. A follow-up monitoring will be done after 3 months to check whether these curtains were hung.
