The Rural Health of Malita conducted a two-day seminar entitles "Orientation and Basic Training on Diabetes and Hypertension Program" in partnership with Handicap International and the Local Government of Malita. Target participants were midwives and barangay health workers.
This are the initial steps towards establishing a Diabetes and Heart Day every week. This training will cater those at risk of developing the disease and those who are already diagnosed with Diabetes and Hypertension.
Thank you to our partners: Handicap International and the Barangay Local Government Units.

It's Disaster Consciousness Month and so the Local Government of Malita held an earthquake drill wherein most of the employees participated. It has been announced that we have a new normal - earthquakes, storm, flood and all other disasters, hence we must be prepared for it.
Kudos to MDRRMC for a job well done.
