Airbags

Wednesday, April 24, 2013

My kids usually sit infront with me in the car. When I tell them to sit at the back, crying then begins. So to make it short, I let them sit in front or we transfer at the back.

This morning, R was asking me to read a word. It was "airbag". She and her sister was debating on who was to read it to whom. They didn't ask me what it meant. I voluntarily told them what it was and why it was there. I told them that if the car had a collision, the airbag would come out and would hit our 3 heads at the same time killing us all three. I hated the word kill when I discuss things with the kids. But at that point I needed to be frank with them.

Good thing both understood. And although they didn't transfer at the back at the same time, they did transfer at the back eventually. And now they know the importance of sitting at the back.

My Little Engineer

I was surprised when my daughter called me while I was reading something. She built it out of their chairs. It gave me a glimpse of what she might do in the future.

Easter Fun

These were taken at SM Ecoland. The kids love to ride the Love Pony and they had so much fun with the decorations.

Please don't mind the bilbil. 😝

Zalora

Friday, March 8, 2013

I had my first purchase from Zalora for my iphone case. I've been looking around malls to see if they had the Otter Defender case for Iphone 5 but they have it only for iphone 4.

So I browsed around the net and zalora was selling it with 30% rebate plus free shipping. Now how can I say no to that.

It was hassle free except for the email they sent me that I have to make the deposit for my order or they will cancel it, when in fact I've made my payment immediately after my order confirmation. And they also sent me the confirmation that they got my payment. I think they need to check their system for that. Other than that, it was just a matter of patience.

Imagine my surprise when hubby texted me that my package has arrived. Now I'm a happy customer.
