Last December 7-11, me and my co-workers attended the Gender Responsive Planning and Budgeting for the Social Protection Programs. It was a timely gathering of the point persons for the core social protection programs. With 2016 fast approaching, it will help in the planning of the different programs in the local government unit to make it gender responsive and to have a common understanding and bases for core social protection programs.
Add to the fact that we get to meet other key persons from other municipalities. Needless to say, we had fun working with our team.
