My First Cath Kidston BAg

Thursday, March 15, 2012

I've been obsessing about Cath Kidston bags for months now. You know how I'm a big fan of Ms. Daphne Paez. I was never really into that style of bag but I've been seeing it over and over and over again that I got obsessed with it.

It's not cheap here. And it's hard to find someone selling cheap but authentic Cath Kidston bags. So I was really really happy when I chanced upon Cath Kidston Phil site on multiply. This was endorsed by French Macaroons facebook page. And this is what I bought...

My very first Cath Kidston bag, and certainly not the last:) For now it has served as a kids' bag and my bag.

Hubby's Anniversary Gift

Saturday, December 31, 2011

I woke up past 12 midnight. I wanted to wait for it but I got tired and I didn't notice I was already asleep. I saw a white box on the side of my eyes. Half awake I held it making sure I was seeing right, then went back to sleep again. By morning I checked again to see if the box was there. True enough it was. I held it looking for a note or card but there was none. I was curious to see what was inside.

I opened the box slowly and unwrapped the white paper. Then I saw it. I was sooooo happy. Been wanting to have my own one and not just borrowed from my parents. And it was the type I wanted, structured, to keep my things in place.

Thank you so much pi! Thank you for listening:) hahaha

My own Parrot tote

I was so in love with this bag but it cost so much. I liked it because of its size and the number of pockets. Naturally, i didn't buy it. But it haunted me for weeks.

Until I found a cheaper version, Philippine made. Cost around P900 with free shipping.

You may want to check out oohwables & co. for other items. So here's my own Parrott Worker Tote. Enjoy!

when it arrived

almost the same with the original

the lining. i wanted the beige lining but the seller informed that it had stains inside so they gave me this.

I'm loving it!

My Very Own Cambridge Satchel

Saturday, June 11, 2011

When I first saw this bag online, I knew I just got have it. But the problem was, it's sold in Manila while I'm in Davao. Another thing, I'm pregnant which makes it hard for me to travel anywhere, on a plane. Good thing though my cousin is going to Manila (YAY!).

This has been my everyday bag, fetching my daughter in school or going to the mall with my kids.

This is my 14 inch cambridge in vintage brown.

On our way to the mall.

Going to fetch my daughter to school.

What's inside my bag. I also put in my 2 phones (ipone and myphone) plus a small towel.

Why I love the bag?

> it's a structured bag so it stays in shape no matter what I do.

> my things are kept organized.

> light which is the opposite of what I was expecting.

> easy to open and close the flap which is another surprise for me.

> adjustable strap which makes it versatile for however I wear it.

Makes me want to buy more with another color, a yellow, red or green perhaps.

My New Obsession: Cambridge Satchel

Yes I know everyone is trying to have one. Just look at it. Leather hardware. Beautiful. In my years of shopping experience, paying so much also means that the quality is good. Somethings are just worth the money.

What color do you like???
