Disappointed with Fullybooked

I was sad and disappointed when i received an email from fullybooked regarding my orders. I was told of a price increase and an additional shipping charge. I was also told that it would take at least 14 days for my orders to arrive since some of the books have to be scoured through other branches. In response I asked why the prices weren't changed before posting the item. I also informed them that I was expecting for the books to arrive today. In the end I just had to ask if I could cancel my orders altogether. I'm still awaiting for their reply.
